    Update: We've released a new version of the Abstract desktop app that has resolved problems creating branches and opening files for M1/M2 Mac users, but please reach out to the Support team with any lingering issues!

    Update: It appears this issue was likely affecting users with M1/M2 (ARM) Macs. We've released an updated version of the desktop app (98.2.1) and are monitoring the version to ensure it resolves the issue.

    Update: Some users are reporting problems creating branches and opening files after updating Abstract to version 98.2.0. We're investigating this, but in the meantime we recommend reinstalling Abstract version 94.1.14 so that you can get back to work as quickly as possible: https://downloads.goabstract.com/mac/Abstract-98.1.14.zip

    Update: It looks like a caching service failing to start was the culprit; we've since corrected this issue and after some monitoring, the caching service is now working properly again. This incident should be resolved, but if you're still having trouble, please let us know at [email protected]!

    Update: We have released an update to the Abstract Desktop App that includes the newest Sketch plugin which resolves the message about incompatibility with Sketch 90. Please install the available update when prompted to get the new version. As always, please contact Support with any questions!

    Update: Just a quick update: we have a solution ready and are in the process of releasing an update to the desktop app that resolves the message about incompatibility with Sketch 90.

    Update: If you've upgraded to Sketch 90, you may be seeing an alert stating: "This plugin is incompatible with Sketch 90." We worked with Sketch yesterday to resolve an issue with the plugin, and it looks like the status of the plugin just hasn't been updated on their side yet. We've tested the plugin to ensure it's still functional, so you can manually re-enable the Abstract plugin and continue working as normal until Sketch is able to update the official status. As always, please contact Support with any questions!

    Update: After our team located the source of memory and scaling issues in the affected server causing the problems with collections, we deployed several incremental fixes to bring the service back up to speed. Out of an abundance of caution, we decided to closely monitor these fixes before we closed the incident, but now consider it resolved.
