Please email [email protected] with your ID if you are experiencing this issue. This issue may impact the ability for users to transact in Manage. The team is actively monitoring to confirm when NIPR has resolved the issue they are facing.

    Update: This incident was an infrastructure issue. Upgrades from Devops impacted Contracting's S3 access. Both read + write access of PDFs were impacted so the following functionality was briefly limited: * Viewing & uploading form PDF's * Form filling * Document viewing & uploading (driver licenses, insurance policies, etc.) The incident was internally reported by our Contracting Ops team and we did not receive any customer support tickets. Incident was resolved 8/5/24 @ 4:30 PM EDT.
