Description: On August 1, at 5:28 pm \(GMT -3\) we experienced a partial outage of our virtual assistant service on the web channel. This issue was identified as directly related to recent updates to the Google Chrome browser. The incident was resolved on August 5, at 8:16 pm \(GMT -3\). Some browser cache delays and latencies could still be affected until August 6, 2024.

Description: We inform that on July 30, from 7:40 pm to 1:55 am (GMT -3), the AWS service had latencies and errors in its service, which directly affected the loading of our datalake (Analytics section). In the first minutes of the incident, Live sessions were affected and messages from asynchronous channels were delayed in being delivered. Our services continued to operate normally and no downtime was observed.

Description: Delays were identified in updating data in our Analytics section due to database synchronization problems. This incident did not result in data loss, only delays in data processing. Service was normalized on Jul 24, 09:51 pm \(GMT-03:00\). To resolve this situation, the corresponding services were escalated. In addition, additional preventive measures were implemented to avoid similar incidents in the future. The Aivo technical team is currently closely monitoring the system to ensure that it is operating normally.
