    Update: The mail queues that had the delay mail have cleared and mail has been delivered. We are continuing to monitor the services. Mail flow is still being diverted through our Dallas data center.

    Update: Our engineers have located and resolved the issue. We are waiting for the queues to clear to mark this issue as resolved.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Our Engineers are investigating an issue in our ATL data center that is affecting mail flow. Customers with hosted encryption services may experience delays in receipt of messages sent earlier today. Mail flow has been diverted away from ATL to our DAL data center.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Our engineers found and rectified the issue. Mail flow has been restored to normal balance mode between data centers. All queues have been cleared of any delayed mail.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Our engineers have noticed a delay in email for our hosted encryption systems in one of our data centers. They are investigating the issue. We will update this notice when we have new information.

    Update: We have confirm the vendor side issue was resolved and Attachment Quarantine scans are showing as successfully completing. We will monitor the service in the interim to ensure everything is fully functional. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Update: We are continuing to work with our vendor to resolve the Attachment Quarantine scan. We apologize for any inconvenience this may currently be causing.

    Update: We have identified an issue with our Attachment Quarantine release scans that are failing. We are working with our vendor to resolve this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may currently be causing.

    Update: Facebook has accepted the adjustments. Please note that any connections initiated after 1 March 2024 must be re-authenticated. Historical data well automatically captured.
  • Time: April 18, 2024, 6:39 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Facebook Capture API cannot accept data from business pages even though completion of the installation process was initially completed. Internal teams are working with Facebook regulators to resolve this issue. Once the connection is restored, any connections initiated after March 1, 2024, must be reauthenticated. Historical data will be automatically captured to the point of initial connection.
