    Update: Due to an issue with the upstream service, the Marketplace Reporting Licenses API was returning empty results between 9:00 AM UTC and 10:45 AM UTC. We have resolved the issue, and the API is now returning the expected data. We regret the inconvenience caused.

    Update: The issue with scheduling App data residency migrations has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
  • Time: Aug. 22, 2024, 1:36 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: App data residency migrations are currently not possible for Cloud customers. If you attempt scheduling a Data residency migration, you will encounter an error message. Any scheduled migrations during this window will not execute. An update will be shared here as soon as this service is resumed. Impact Start Time: 2024-08-20 2:30am(UTC)

    Status: Investigating

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The deployment of some Forge apps was failing in the US east region due to an underlying vendor fault. The issue was identified and mitigated by deploying Forge apps into an alternate US region. Timeline: 2014-08-14 03:12 UTC: impact start and identified 2014-08-14 04:06 UTC: incident resolved Apps are once again being deployed to all regions. If you deployed apps between 14-08-2024 04:03 (UTC) to 15-08-2024 07:52 (UTC) and require them to be deployed to the us-east-1 region, we recommend deploying those apps again.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have updated the impacted install counts, and time series API should now give corrected counts. Resolving this incident.
  • Time: Aug. 12, 2024, 4:36 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We noticed a dip in install counts for a few Forge apps from Friday, 9th August, to Sunday, 11th August. The issue has been fixed, and the install counts have been corrected as of today, Monday, 12th August. The corrected counts are reflected on the Marketplace website. We are currently working on updating the impacted install counts in time series API https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/marketplace/rest/v2/api-group-reporting/#api-vendors-vendorid-partner-metrics-post and will keep you posted about the fix by 12th August, 12:30 PM UTC.
