Description: **Summary **On September 13, 2021, clients using the Aventri North America region were facing issues with connecting to the Aventri admin product. Some of the server instances were unhealthy during a period 30min. There was an immediate impact to Aventri clients using the North America region at that point in time. After reverting the code deployment, the Aventri Ops team kept monitoring the system as the instances became healthy again. **Why it happened **As part of the investigation of this issue, the Aventri OPS team noticed a code deployment caused a failure in our Redis cache. After reverting the code deployment the team noticed the instances were recovering again. **What we did about it **A corrupt deployment was causing the issue. After reverting the code the instances became healthy again. **Corrective and Preventative Measures **As a result of the root cause analysis associated with this issue, the Aventri Team made the following changes. * The Aventri OPS team has been manually monitoring our infrastructure till all servers were healthy again. * Code deployment got rescheduled to another point in time.
