    Update: All operations are normal again. All subscribers are being added normally, none were lost. Email sending is now normal again and was delayed previously by less than 10 minutes. Tagging of subscribers is also real time again and fully recovered. Thank you for your patience.

    Update: Identified - We are currently experiencing intermittent unscheduled interruptions. At this time, customers may not be able to tag subscribers or add subscribers through APIs and integrations. Email sending may also experience delays. Our team has identified the issue and will provide updates as they become available. We appreciate your patience.

    Update: Comcast's maintenance has been completed. AWeber.com will work as normal. Thank you for your patience.

    Update: We are expecting unscheduled intermittent interruptions for AWeber.com due to scheduled maintenance at Comcast. This maintenance window is expected to last between 1:00 am and 6:00 am ET. Scheduled broadcasts and campaign messages will work as intended during this maintenance window. We will provide updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Facebook was in a recovering status as of Oct 4th 6:48pm EDT and many Facebook API and App integrations would have started to become successful at this time. AWeber has been monitoring their platform status which indicates their full resolution occurred on or around Oct5th 2:51am EDT and all Facebook API and App Integrations should have been successful at this time. AWeber has reenabled all other outbound Facebook interactions on our platform as of Oct 5th 8:28am EDT. All Facebook integrations and interactions should be successful at this time. Thank you for your patience.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We’ve temporarily disabled the Facebook integration for people who have it enabled. Certain pages related to that integration are known to be degraded. We will reenable the integrations when Facebook is known to be working again.

    Update: AWeber customers that use Facebook integrations are currently experiencing issues in message editing, all Facebook integrations, and other settings within their accounts.     Update: We have resolved the cause of the interruption with customer logins, new account creation, email sending and API requests. All AWeber services are currently working normally. Subscriber sign ups, newsletter archives, and landing pages were unaffected. Thank you for your patience.

    Update: Our team has identified the cause and is working to resolve it. Customers should now be able to log in to their accounts, create new accounts, create and send email messages and access the public API. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.

    Update: We are currently investigating an unscheduled interruption affecting logins to accounts, email creation and sending, new account creation and our Public API.
