Updates:

  • Time: Jan. 22, 2023, 11:34 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
Update: NAB have resolved the issue.
  • Time: Jan. 22, 2023, 10:50 p.m.
    Status: Identified
Update: There is an issue with the NAB CDR service: all jobs are failing. The NAB team are aware and investigating. The NAB openbanking connector status is incorrectly displaying as operational instead of major-outage - we are looking into that as well.

Updates:

  • Time: Jan. 6, 2023, 1:23 a.m.
    Status: Resolved
Update: Fix has been deployed and confirmed good. Issue was caused by a change to the institution configuration. We are decommissioning the Macquarie web connector because the bank has been blocking web data capture ("screen scraping") for a while and has made it clear they will not support it going forward. The change in config to the web connector had an unintended knock-on effect to the CDR connector. That has been fixed now, our apologies for the brief interruption to service. As always, please reach out to [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
  • Time: Jan. 6, 2023, 12:57 a.m.
    Status: Identified
Update: There is an issue with the Macquarie (AU00301) CDR connector. Jobs are failing with error code, "parameter-not-valid" and detail, "The institution you are trying to connect to is currently disabled. Our developers have been notified and are working to have the issue resolved. You can check the state each institution via the /institutions/:id api." We are working on a fix and will update this status notice.

Updates:

  • Time: Jan. 16, 2023, 11:07 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
Update: The Qudos web connector has been decommissioned as planned overnight. The CDR connector is working as normal. If you would like to find out more about accessing CDR data through Basiq, please reach out to your account manager or [email protected].
  • Time: Jan. 12, 2023, 5:14 a.m.
    Status: Identified
Update: Confirming that unfortunately there is nothing to be done: Qudos are no longer allowing bot traffic through their internet banking portal. We will disable the Qudos web connector AU10701 on Monday evening, 16 January. To avoid errors in the API, please ensure you delete all Qudos web connections before that date. Basiq support CDR (open banking) for Qudos and the connector is working well. The CDR connector will not be affected by the decommissioning of the web connector. We will update this notice on Tuesday morning, confirming that the Qudos web connector has been disabled. If you would like to discuss accessing data via CDR, or if you have any other questions or concerns - please reach out to us at [email protected] any time.
  • Time: Jan. 4, 2023, 11:07 p.m.
    Status: Identified
Update: This issue is due to Qudos implementing reCaptcha on the login to their internet banking. This technology is designed specifically to detect and block bots such as Basiq and other aggregators. The bank is under no obligation to support web connections and we recommend switching to open banking feeds for Qudos. We will try to work around this issue but it is likely that we will need to decommission the Qudos web connector. We will update this status notice with advice and timelines. We recommend that partners who have access to open banking ("CDR") with Basiq switch to that method for Qudos: the open banking connector is not affected. Switching aggregation methods is very straightforward: if you are not sure or have concerns, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Partners who do not have access to CDR with Basiq, we recommend letting your users know that most likely we will need to decommission the web connector in coming days. If you would like to get access to CDR, please reach out to your account manager or to [email protected] - we are here to help.
  • Time: Jan. 3, 2023, 1:30 a.m.
    Status: Identified
Update: The Qudos Bank web connector is currently in major outage due to changes to the bank's online banking portal. All Basiq web jobs are currently failing on the login step as a result. If you are enabled for CDR (open banking) at Basiq, we recommend that you switch Qudos to CDR: the CDR connector is not affected by this issue and has been stable and performant. Our team are investigating the change to the bank's website, and we will update you with progress in this notice.
