    Status: Identified
    Update: For customers creating new projects in the German (.de) instance of MigrationWiz, we are experiencing a user interface error where Germany is not showing on the dropdown for the regional selection list on the destination settings page. To save your project, you must select a value. This value will not impact your migration because on the performance tab, under preferred region, you will see that Germany is selected. Data will stay in the region shown on the performance tab.

    Update: The stuck-in-submitted Problem has been alleviated in most regions. If you are located in South America or France and still experiencing issues please contact support, indicate your region, and use, "stuck in submitted" in the description.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Projects in North America, Western Europe, France, and South America data centers may experience new migrations waiting in “Submitted” state for an extended period of time. We are aware of the degraded performance and are actively working to resolve the issue. Please expect an update by 3:30pm CT

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have collaborated with Google and implemented the necessary algorithms to mitigate the throttling issue. The Google API endpoint is now stable and can be used for all new migration projects. Please note, for mailboxes that have already been migrated using the Gmail IMAP connector, continue using that connector to avoid any potential data inconsistencies. The Google API endpoint should be used for new mailbox migrations only.
  • Time: July 29, 2024, 7:14 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are currently experiencing a known issue with the Google API due to recent changes made by Google. These changes are causing extreme throttling and slowness in our services. To mitigate this issue, we recommend using the Google (IMAP) connector for all Google Mail migrations until we can resolve the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to address this issue.
