Description: Backfill has now been completed. The data displayed in the dashboard should now be complete and accurate, no data was lost. If any exports containing Unique Open data were performed earlier, we advise on exporting once again to ensure data accuracy.

Time: May 24, 2024, 5:57 a.m.Status: InvestigatingUpdate: We have identified an issue with unique organic open data for apps within the dashboard showing up as inflated. Our engineering teams are now performing a backfill to correctly display attributed data. Once the backfill has been completed the dashboard will once again reflect the correct values. If any exports containing Unique App Open data were performed during this time we advise to hold off further analysis until issue is resolved. ETA is 4 AM 24-May-2024 PDT.

Time: May 24, 2024, 12:07 a.m.Status: IdentifiedUpdate: We have identified an issue originating with the Oath SAN API, resulting in a delay within the attribution pipeline. As a result customers may experience a delay in real time attribution data. We have notified Yahoo and have made adjustments to mitigate impact.
iOS SDK v3.3.0 URI Scheme Issue
Description: While this issue is derived from the SDK, we have identified a server side patch to resolve the API scheme issues. We have now deployed this change, so no action is needed to resolve user experience.

Time: April 8, 2024, 9:26 p.m.Status: IdentifiedUpdate: We have identified an issue pertaining to the user experience associated with URI Deep Links on iOS SDK v3.3.0 and later versions. It has come to our attention that URI schemes are not being appropriately consumed and managed during the current session. As we continue to investigate and develop a hotfix version, we recommend reverting to v3.2.0 for a smoother experience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter promptly.

Time: April 3, 2024, 6:56 p.m.Status: IdentifiedUpdate: We have identified a disruption in Meta Ads Service Status (https://metastatus.com/ads-transparency) resulting in large latency in response. To mitigate negative impacts we have paused our attribution pipelines until the disruption is resolved. This will result in a delay to attribution and webhooks across all Branch products, once Meta's disruption is resolved, attribution and webhooks will be funneled and properly processed.
