Description: Our engineering team identified and resolved the issue. As of 9:15AM PT systems are once again fully operational. Open and Install requests by the SDK that experienced errors during this time will be processed on retry so no data loss is anticipated.

Time: Oct. 18, 2023, 9:01 p.m.Status: IdentifiedUpdate: Facebook SKAdNetwork data is now powered by version 4.0, but in order to bring the new data into our systems we need to manage a transition. Customers may notice a delay in current Facebook SKAN data as we work to backfill data with v4 granularity. We expect this delay to resolve within the next 24-48hours
Increase in error rates for core services
Description: Between 12:30 and 1:30 PM PST we identified an issue that resulted in high error rates affecting our core services including attribution, deeplinking and API. Link redirection was not impacted. As of 1:30PM PST all functionality has been restored.
