We have reached out to Apple and are currently investigating. Other SAN partners are not impacted.

Time: Sept. 5, 2023, 6:13 p.m.Status: InvestigatingUpdate: As of 10:05 am PST we started seeing an increase in error responses for Universal Email Campaign links for clients integrated Sendgrid services, this includes those using Sendgrid, Braze + Sendgrid, Klayvio and other ESPs utilizing sendgrid API. We have reported this issue to Sendgrid and will continue to work with them to a resolution.

We will begin reprocessing once the issue has been resolved.

Time: Aug. 2, 2023, 7:43 p.m.Status: IdentifiedUpdate: We have identified an issue resulting in a partial delay of eo_open records during the period of 2023-08-01T15 to 2023-08-02T04 UTC. This will result in incomplete open data when exporting or viewing data for this effected period. We are currently reprocessing this data and confirmed that no data loss has occurred. Once reprocessing has finished it is recommended to re-execute any exports containing open data from this cohort to ensure the availability of a complete dataset. We will continue to provide updates until resolved.
