    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: We’re pleased to report that most issues affecting our platform have been resolved. We are still addressing a known issue affecting the display of top authors and breakdowns for Social Panels. Our team is actively working on a fix and will provide updates as soon as possible.

    Update: When new Social Panels are being created, users are encountering an error. Engineering is aware of the issue and currently investigating a solution.

    Update: Our service provider has applied a fix which appears to have resolved our platform's access issues for previously affected users. We will continue to monitor for any further developments, and ask that any users still unable to access our platform contact our Support team at [email protected] We thank you again for your patience throughout this process.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating reports of our Social Media Management platform failing to load for some users. Affected users are shown a message that "an error has occurred while loading the application", and advised that this is due to a 3rd party timeout or a failure to load identity information. Some affected users are able to access the platform via an incognito or private browsing window, but are continuing to experience extended loading times via these windows. Our Development team has been alerted and we are treating this as a high priority issue, and will provide updates as soon as they are available. We thank you for your patience and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Meta has resolved the issue of carousel posts not publishing via the API. Past Instagram carousel posts can now be rescheduled and should post as expected.
  • Time: Sept. 11, 2024, 2:47 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We continue to wait for updates from the team at Meta on this issue. We will provide updates here once we have them.
  • Time: Sept. 11, 2024, 2:30 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are currently experiencing issues with publishing carousel posts to Instagram from the Publish product, due to an error returned from the native network. This post type will fail to publish and instead return a generic publishing failure message. We appreciate your understanding while we wait for updates on the matter from our colleagues at Meta.

    Update: Engineering have made some fixes to resolve the issues causing the increased error rate and will continue to monitor.

    Update: Some customers will have had failed data downloads, exports, and shared public links. There may also have been delays to alerts and signals. Our engineers are looking into this with urgency.
