Description: We wanted to inform you about a recent issue that occurred during a system update involving Instagram channels. What Happened: Earlier today, some Instagram channels were unintentionally disconnected due to a technical issue. This caused temporary difficulties in reconnecting channels, and some became disconnected. What We’re Doing About It: We’ve identified the cause of the issue and implemented a new process to prevent this from happening again. Our teams are also reviewing the situation to ensure all aspects are fully addressed. Next Steps: We’re working closely with our teams to ensure everything returns to normal and to prevent similar issues in the future. For now, please reconnect your channels.
