Description: Engineers have continued to monitor services, error rates have remained at zero and all backlogged Content Cards, IAMs, and Feature Flags requests have been processed. This incident is now considered resolved.

Description: Retroactive update: Between 14:03 and 14:14 UTC, the EU01 dashboard log-in experienced an increase in errors. The services have operated as normal since then, and our DBAs have identified the root cause as a faulty database node on one of our critical database instances. Due to the reduced redundancy caused by the faulty database node, between 16:13 and 19:15 UTC, a subset of customers on EU01 would have experienced message-sending and data-processing latency as we worked to restore functionality.

Description: We can confirm that the issue affecting the Braze Learning site (https://learning.braze.com/) has been resolved. The site was previously returning a "504 Gateway Time-out" error due to an incident with our service provider, Skilljar.
