    Update: Out monitoring shows that the portal continues to be stable. The root cause of this issue was an outage in the AWS network which impacted multiple AWS customers and services.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Access to the management portal has been restored. We are continuing to monitor for stability.
  • Time: July 28, 2022, 5:13 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are investigating an issue with our management portal. At this time you may experience issues accessing or making changes via the portal. We will provide additional updates as we have more information.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This issue has been resolved, you can now order new numbers through the management portal.
  • Time: June 30, 2022, 5:35 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an issue with purchasing new numbers from the Management Portal. New number orders are failing intermittently and result in an error. Please do not order new numbers from the portal until this issue is resolved. We are investigating the root cause of the issue and will update here as more information becomes available.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: At this time all services are operational and the backlog of failed faxes from this morning have been resent.
  • Time: May 10, 2022, 6:54 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The fix for the underlying issue has been applied and outbound fax service has been restored. Any new faxes should complete normally. We are working through the backlog of faxes from this morning and will resend any faxes that failed during this time. Thank you for your continued patience.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Our support teams continue to work on a fix for the outbound fax delays. All other services remain operational. We will continue to provide updates as we have more information.

    Update: We have identified the cause of the outbound fax delays and we are working on implementing a fix. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

    Update: We are investigating reports of outbound faxes being delayed for some customers. Inbound fax service is not affected, and all other services are operational. At this time, you may see increased delays or errors for outbound faxes. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as we have them.

    Update: This incident has been resolved, the customer administrative web portal can now be accessed by all users. If anyone is still having connection issues please contact our support team.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Some customers are experiencing issues connecting to the NUSO customer administration web portal. All other systems are running as expected. We are currently investigating the root cause of the issue and will update as we go.     Update: This incident has been resolved and all prior queued fax messages have been processed.

    Update: The issue has been resolved and all prior queued fax messages are now being processed.
  • Time: March 21, 2022, 3:14 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Customers may experience delays while sending outbound fax messages. Inbound fax messages are not affected by the delay, it is only outbound fax messages that may be impaired. The root cause of the delay has been identified and the teams are working to correct the issue now.
