    Update: We changed an outbound route to send calls over a different destination network and calls are now processing as expected. We are still investigating the root cause of this impairment but calls are now processing.

    Update: We have multiple reports of customers not able to complete outbound calls. We are currently investigating this issue and will update the status page with our findings.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: A local tandem carrier corrected the issue and calls are now properly terminating to the PHOENIX ARIZONA LATA.
  • Time: March 1, 2022, 6:20 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Customers may experience intermittent inbound call routing issues with calls terminating into the PHOENIX ARIZONA LATA. This issue intermittently affects inbound calls into the ARIZONA market, and we will keep you apprised of any changes. We are working with the local provider to determine the root cause of the impact.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Feb. 18, 2022, 7:07 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The offending tandem carrier has corrected the routing issue and calls are now completing successfully. We are continuing to monitor this traffic to ensure it completes without issue.
  • Time: Feb. 18, 2022, 1:55 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: A large percentage of the telephone numbers in the DFW region, that were routing through the offending tandem carrier, have been moved. Calls from the AT&T network are now completing to these numbers. The remaining numbers in the DFW region are being re-routed and this process is going to continue into tomorrow morning.
  • Time: Feb. 17, 2022, 9:24 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Calls that pass through a tandem connection to the DFW region, from the AT&T network, are the calls which are failing. A change has been made in the local tandem that now allows calls from AT&T landlines to pass through to the destination. Calls from AT&T mobile lines are still failing and is currently being worked on by the tandem provider.
  • Time: Feb. 17, 2022, 7:09 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: A local tandem provider is experiencing an intermittent inbound call routing issue with calls terminating into the DFW region. This issue is only happening from certain providers in certain regions. This issue affects inbound calls into the DFW market, and we will keep you apprised of any changes. The local tandem carrier is working through this issue now.

    Update: The local tandem Central Office has corrected this issue and calls and now completing as expected.
  • Time: Feb. 11, 2022, 8:07 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have been informed that a local Central Office, in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, is experiencing issues and any call that will pass through this central Office will fail. There is no ETA from the local Central Office currently. We will keep you updated on the progress.
  • Time: Feb. 11, 2022, 5:51 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: A local tandem provider is experiencing an intermittent inbound call routing issue with calls terminating into the DFW region. This issue is only happening from certain providers in certain regions. This issue affects inbound calls into the DFW market, and we will keep you apprised of any changes. The local tandem carrier is working through this issue now.

    Update: Between 1:16 PM CST and 1:25 PM CST we had service impacting issues that would not allow calls to complete for a subset of customers. Service is now restored and we are investigating the root cause of the issue with the software vendor.
