    Update: We’re seeing an increase in failed Facebook posts with link attachment, due to what seems to be a temporary issue with Meta’s API. Please note that these posts ARE publishing successfully to the social network but are showing an error message in Buffer. It is not necessary to retry these posts. We’re monitoring for updates and will share more info as soon as we have it. Thanks for your patience, and sorry for the trouble.

    Update: After monitoring the success rate, we're confident the issue has been resolved, and publishing to BlueSky is back to working as expected.

    Update: The success rate of BlueSky posts has steadily improved over the past 40 minutes and has now returned to normal. We'll continue monitoring to ensure stability and will mark this incident as resolved soon.

    Update: We are investigating an issue where posts scheduled to Bluesky are currently failing to send successfully. It looks like this is an issue within Bluesky itself at the moment and we are monitoring the situation.     Update: The issues with posting is resolved and should be working as normal. Please reach out if you're continuing to experience issues and we'll be here to help.

    Update: We have identified the cause of the issue that was impacting posting and Instagram and Threads posting appears to be functioning normally again. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure everything remains stable.

    Update: We’re currently investigating an issue causing Threads and Instagram posts (especially video content) to fail. Our team is actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologise for the disruption.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We experienced around 25 - 30 minutes where customers couldn't properly save updates to their queues if images were uploaded and attached. Customers would have received an error along these lines within the composer box when trying to schedule the update: `The provided image does not appear to be valid.` This was picked up quickly and fixed, and since then saving posts with images has been working normally once again. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused during this issue.
