    Update: Some users are currently experiencing difficulties with Ideas in the Create space. Our engineering team is currently investigating the cause, and we'll provide updates here as soon as we know more.

    Update: We were able to make a quick adjustment, and the Publish Dashboard should be loading as expected. We're very sorry for the trouble there. Let us know if you continue to experience any issues.

    Update: We're aware of an issue that is resulting in Buffer loading with a "Well, this is embarrassing..." error. Engineers are working on getting this resolved. We'll update this page as more information becomes available.

    Update: Buffer experienced issues with Facebook Pages analytics, resulting in missing data from the 25th of September onwards. We have identified the root cause and restored some of the missing data. We will continue to work on fully resolving the issue and keep you updated.

    Update: In investigating this more, our Engineers discovered that we were impacted by an AWS outage, which was the root cause of the Buffer outage on September 26, 2024.
