    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have resolved an issue with post scheduling. Posts were unexpectedly moved to different time slots in the Calendar after editing the post, despite being initially scheduled for specific dates and times. We are aware that a number of users were impacted by this scheduling issue. We have identified and fixed the root cause. The issue should not occur going forward. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: After monitoring for the last few hours, we haven't seen any additional instances of the issues we had earlier and have marked this as fixed now. Thank you for your patience with us today as we navigated those media related post failures.
  • Time: Aug. 29, 2024, 12:54 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Our team have noticed that a number of posts have been failed today across different social networks due to some issues with media attachments. We have pushed a fix for this already and are seeing publishing success rates return to normal. If you have experienced some of your posts fail due to this issue today, please can you retried publishing the failed posts once more? We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused and we keeping a close eye on things to monitor the situation.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: After monitoring the Buffer platform, we are happy to say that this issue has been resolved. All parts of Buffer should be operating normally again. We're extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused during the downtime today and appreciate your patience with us.
  • Time: Aug. 21, 2024, 7:54 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We're happy to report that the issue with the missing channels has been resolved. After checking your account, you will see that each connected channel will appear as expected. As for the ongoing slowness, our team has continued to investigate, and they have made some improvements that have helped to resolve some of the issues. The work is continuing, though, and further improvements will be made.
  • Time: Aug. 21, 2024, 4:04 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: The issues with loading Buffer have been resolved. That said, we're continuing to work on the slowness that is being experienced. This is a top priority for the team. We've also identified the cause of the missing recently connected channels and we're working on a solution. We'll update this page as we continue to make progress on the different issues.
  • Time: Aug. 21, 2024, 1:16 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: A fix has been implemented that addresses the loading of posts and drafts. They should now appear as expected. We're continuing to investigate Buffer's slowness, trouble loading the dashboard, and the issue preventing some channels from appearing in the dashboard's sidebar. We'll continue to update this page as information becomes available.
  • Time: Aug. 21, 2024, 12:40 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating issues where the Publish dashboard experiencing slowness in loading correctly, as well as some errors within the Publish dashboard view correctly displaying posts and channel lists. Our time are working to fix this current blip and we apologise for the inconvenience this is causing.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: After monitoring the Buffer platform, we are happy to say that it is operational again and things should be running normally once more. We've extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused during the downtime today and appreciate your patience with us.
  • Time: Aug. 20, 2024, 5 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Our team has been able to resolve the issue that was causing Buffer Publish to not load properly earlier. Whilst the Buffer Publish dashboard is running normally again now, we will continue to monitor the platform to ensure it continues to load successfully.

    Update: We're continuing to encounter loading issues. We're renewing our investigation and will update this page as more information is discovered.
