Thank you for your patience. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

    Update: We are currently investigating an incident identified at 11:30 AM CT on 11/24 that impacts all Built products, blocking some users with text message MFA enabled from logging into their accounts . We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: As of 1:48 PM CT we've confirmed full resolution of the issue preventing users from accessing payment settings and managing linked bank accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are aware of an issue where users are unable to access their payments settings and manage their linked bank accounts. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified the cause of the incident causing some users to have issues viewing projects when using Built Payment Management or Project Financials. We are working on a solution that will restore full functionality.

    Update: Systems are fully recovered. Data is confirmed to be up to date.
