Description: At 12:31 AM CT we implemented a fix to the issue identified at 10:22 AM CT affecting Built Payment Management and Project Financials, which made vendors unable to accept payments with attached lien waivers. Payments should go through automatically for users who tried to accept payments during the incident timeframe. Thank you for your patience during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Description: As of 11:20 AM CT on 6/12 we’ve confirmed full resolution of the partner licensing error that caused issues loading Insights. Service has been fully restored, and we are re-running any scheduled reports that may have been impacted by the outage. No action is required by our customers. Thank you for your patience.
