    Update: The login issues have been resolved and our systems are performing normally. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Update: We have seen recovery in our infrastructure provider. Login functions are performing as expected now. We will continue to monitor our systems to ensure there are no further issues.

    Update: We are investigating increased errors in our login functions. Some users are experiencing failures when attempting to log in. There is an outage in our infrastructure provider causing intermittent failures. Users seeing login failures should be able to retry until they are successfully logged in.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified a service degradation that affected inspections submitted from Oct 16th 8 PM CT to Oct 17th 1:06 PM CT. Some inspections submitted during this window did not reflect the item progress from the inspections. We are working to restore any affected inspections submitted. The degradation would not affect any future inspections.
