Description: We have monitored the API systems over the course of several days and they have been stable.

Description: All of our services including our websites and APIs were not accessible for a period of about 1 hour on September 17th between 1PM EDT - 2PM EDT. The root cause was that Cloudflare, which we use as our DNS service provider and proxy had a large outage here in the United States. This is a very rare occurrence, as Cloudflare is a very reliable service. We took immediate action, to investigate and found no issues with our systems. After about 45 minutes of investigating, Cloudflare updated their status page to reflect that they were seeing issues with routing. As of now, all these issues seem to have resolved.

Description: _Restapi DB connection pooling got stuck in read states, so it opened more connections and exhausted its limit of 30 on both tasks. That then slowed restapi to enough of a crawl that it wasn't responding to health checks, and was restarting tasks. But apparently the db connections shot right back up, because neither task ever actually recovered._ _Shut down both tasks, let all the connections drain, then restarted them._
