    Update: Zayo (AS8218) which is one of our transit networks for Europe is having issues. Customers may face timeouts or missing packets when communicating with our platform. We are exploring options on our side.

    Update: We are continuing to monitor for any further issues. Uploads are working as expected.

    Update: All files are restored. We are monitoring closely to make sure everything is working as expected. It appears some uploads are not processed as they should, we are looking at it.

    Update: All services and API methods are working as expected. However, any audio file uploaded on the platform within the last year (from Oct 17 2020) is currently not available. Files uploaded before that time are OK. Files uploaded now are OK. We are looking for ways to restore the files.

    Update: We have identified an issue with a file server, audio files are not being read, and not available online. We are working on it.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: All of our SSL certificates are generated with the correct chain (they always were). Customers need to make sure they update their root certificate store. Please contact support@callr.com if you are still encountering issues.
  • Time: Oct. 1, 2021, 6:58 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: On 30th September 2021, the root certificate that Let's Encrypt was using, the IdentTrust DST Root CA X3 certificate, has expired. Their new ISRG Root X1 certificate does not expire until 30th September 2024. In some cases, the OpenSSL 1.0.2 version will regard the certificates issued by the Let’s Encrypt CA as having an expired trust chain. If you are using OpenSSL 1.0.2, your connection to our API and Website may be rejected with "SSL certificate expired". There are workarounds listed here: https://www.openssl.org/blog/blog/2021/09/13/LetsEncryptRootCertExpire/. We are exploring options on our end.
