    Status: Resolved
    Update: This issue has been resolved and normal functionality should be restored to all subscription management functionality.
  • Time: May 30, 2020, 5:44 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: The fix from our third party partner is still in progress. We now expect a resolution by 3pm central time.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an error originating with our third party billing management provider. This error is causing error pages when clients attempt to visit their billing management page within CareerPlug. The source of this error is with a third party vendor who is actively aware of the issue and is working on implementing a fix ASAP. Until this issue is resolved, management of subscriptions through the CareerPlug user interface will be unavailable. At this time we expect a resolution within the next few hours - if that timeline changes we will update this status.

    Update: The background worker is back to functioning normally.

    Update: We have identified an issue with our background worker that is causing a delay in the processing of background jobs. Offer letters, for example, are not responding immediately. We are working on a fix and will update once the issue is resolved.

    Update: All jobs have been restored to the correct state and applicants pages should now be loading as expected for all accounts.

    Update: Accounts with a single hiring process have been repaired.

    Update: An issue with a maintenance script has been identified. This script caused the reassignment of hiring processes that is causing applicants not to load. For accounts with a single hiring process, the issue should be resolved within the next few minutes. For accounts with more than one hiring process the issue will be resolved within the next hour. To fix this issue for yourself right away, open each of your jobs and re-save them. Then re-load your applicants page, and this issue should be fixed.
