    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue caused by Cloudflare which is preventing some users from being able to access the Ceros Studio. This issue is reliant on Cloudflare resolving the "increased rates of HTTP 5xx errors" issue, as discussed on the Cloudflare status page - https://www.cloudflarestatus.com. Some users have reported seeing "Connection Lost" errors while working in the studio. This does not impact published experiences. We will continue to provide updates on this as soon as they become available.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We are happy to report Cloudflare has resolved their infrastructure issues and all of their services are now fully online! As a result, all Ceros users should expect functionality of the Ceros Studio platform to return to normal.     Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have seen improved performance with users' ability to publish and update experiences however, Cloudflare continues to work on fully restoring their service so there may still be some degraded performance within Ceros Studio. We will continue to monitor the situation with CloudFlare and provide updates as they become available.     Update: We have identified an issue caused by Cloudflare which is preventing users from publishing Ceros Studio experiences and updating experiences that have previously been published. This issue is reliant on Cloudflare resolving issues they are experiencing with their API, as discussed on the Cloudflare status page - https://www.cloudflarestatus.com. We will continue to provide updates on this as soon as they become available.

    Update: The AWS issue that caused a disruption of service with published experiences has been resolved.

    Update: We have identified an Amazon Web Services (AWS) issue that is causing a disruption in service for published URLs. Because of this issue, we have taken Ceros into maintenance mode to prevent new URLs from being created until AWS corrects this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will continue to provide updates here as they become available.

    Update: This issue that caused a disruption of service for the Ceros platform has been resolved.
  • Time: June 7, 2023, 7:09 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The issue that caused the Ceros admin to go down had been resolved. This issue stemmed from a momentary disruption of service from our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Please note that while users could not access the Ceros admin or previews, live URLs were not impacted and remained online during this outage. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we will continue to monitor the situation to ensure everything continues to function correctly.
