    Update: Bitbucket customers would have seen failures in triggering pipelines in response to webhooks, and view project information and orb information between 22:16 UTC and 22:54 UTC

    Update: The web UI will fail to load for some customers. We have identified the cause of the issue and are working towards a resolution.

    Update: Between 10:21 and 10:36 UTC some users will have observed that pipelines did not run. This was caused by a change that we subsequently rolled back as soon as we observed impact. Any affected pipelines will need to be recreated with an empty commit or created manually via the UI/API.

    Update: We have been monitoring the situation today and have not observed any abnormalities. However, if you continue to experience issues with upstream services, such as slow checkout or cloning of GitHub repositories, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
