    Update: We are continuing to investigate this issue - at this time, the issue appears to be impacting Test Email and System Emails, however we are also investigating some reports of slowness with action log exports, import manager imports, executive reports, and the quickbooks sync.

    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are beginning to see service become available again. Due to the nature of DNS changes, it may take 30-120 minutes for all service to come back online.

    Update: Our team has identified that the root cause of this issue is a DNS record misconfiguration. We are implementing a correction to this issue and expect Neon CRM to become available soon.

    Update: Neon CRM is experiencing a major service disruption. Our team is investigating the cause and will provide updates when they become available.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: From 1:30pm CST until 3:13pm CST, some users lost access to their Neon One apps and Neon One Academy. Access has been restored at this time. However, any users who reset their password over the course of the partial outage will need to do so again. We apologize for any disruption this has caused. Please reach out to your Neon support team if you run into further trouble accessing your apps.
