Description: ## Incident Description On July 30, 2024, from 14:31 to 18:47 UTC, most workspaces were affected by an issue that prevented users to load Signavio Integration configurations in the UI. No information was lost or corrupted as the behaviour happened only in the User Interface. ## Root Cause Analysis The behaviour was caused by an update from another integration, that omitted Signavio from the loading step of the configuration in the UI. Moreover, the update that tried to make another integration UI more resilient against backend failures, has also affected the SAP Signavio integration UI. ## Incident Resolution The change leading to the issue has been reverted, and the behaviour is not being observed anymore. ## Preventative Measures The teams are working towards minimising the impact of changes done in other parts of the integration landscape in order to avoid similar behaviours in the future. We are investigating the possibility of each integration having isolation between implementations.

Description: ## Summary On July 25, 2024, from 15:00 to 15:20 UTC, all workspaces encountered issues with diagrams not loading. This was caused by an error in our deployment pipeline, which resulted in an incorrect editor version deployment. ## What happened? The issue was caused by a misconfiguration in the deployment pipeline, which failed to validate the editor version, leading to the deployment of an incorrect version. ## Mitigation: What did we do about it? The issue was resolved by rolling back to a working editor version and fixing the deployment pipeline. ## Follow-up: How will we improve? We will implement stricter version validation checks in the deployment pipeline to ensure that only verified editor versions are deployed. Additionally, we will enhance monitoring and alerting systems to quickly detect and respond to similar issues in the future.

Description: ## Incident Description On 12 July 2024 between 12:00 UTC and 18:00 UTC, users with non admin roles in combination with subscription-based permissions for fields on Fact Sheets, may have seen an empty inventory when filtering by a particular Fact Sheet type, e.g. by Applications. ## Root Cause Analysis The issue was caused by a more strict filtering rolled out, to prevent information exposure to not permitted users. In some special cases of field permissions based on subscriptions and requested fields in the inventory list, this caused an empty result, as all Fact Sheets have been filtered out. ## Incident Resolution For now, we reverted the change, and the filtering worked again as expected. ## Preventative Measures We are working on improving our automated test setup to consider more use cases and scenarios around inventory filtering, especially the combination of user roles and permissions defined in the workspace authorization model.
