    Update: We have resolved this issue, and everything is back to normal. If you see any additional issues, please contact Clever Support through our Help Center: support.clever.com.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Clever is experiencing an issue with District Admins needing to access portal as a user within Clever resulting in an "Uh-Oh: Invalid request - 'redirect_uri' is not valid" error. We have addressed the issue and the product should be operating as normal. We will continue to monitor for further errors and notify once the incident is completely resolved. If you see any additional issues related to this, please contact Clever Support through our Help Center: support.clever.com.

    Update: Users may have experienced login issues to the Clever Portal today between 9:19am - 9:41am PT. This issue was resolved and everything is back to normal. If you see any additional issues, please contact Clever Support through our Help Center: support.clever.com.

    Update: We have resolved this issue, and everything is back to normal. If you see any additional issues, please contact Clever Support through our Help Center: support.clever.com.

    Update: We’ve addressed the issue and are beginning to see login errors subside. Users should be able to log into Clever via the Clever Portal at this time. We’ll continue to monitor for further errors and notify once the incident is completely resolved.

    Update: Clever is currently experiencing an issue with users accessing Clever via the Clever Portal. This is preventing users from being able to login and access Clever. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide regular status updates.

    Update: Our Engineers have identified the cause of the issue and a fix. For any PowerSchool Plugin districts that are still seeing 2023-2024 school year data, the next step is to download the newest version of the Plugin.
