    Update: The earlier issue resulting in a degraded quality of real-time precipitation for many locations globally has been resolved. However, forecasted precipitation data over the first few hours may continue to experience degraded quality for a bit longer. Forecasted precipitation over the first few hours for locations within the Continental United States, Europe, Japan, Australia and Brazil also experienced some brief degradation of quality a short time ago, but has now returned to normal.

    Status: Identified
    Update: An issue has been identified that is resulting in a degraded quality of precipitation for many locations globally. Precipitation data within the Continental United States, Europe, Japan, Australia and Brazil is unaffected, and data remains normal in these regions. A fix is being worked on at present, but there is currently no specific ETA regarding a return to normal service.

    Update: The upstream data outage that provides information on Severe Weather Event notifications from the National Weather Service in the United States has been restored. This incident is resolved.

    Update: We have identified an issue with an upstream data source that provides information on Severe Weather Event notifications from the National Weather Service in the United States. An interruption with this data source is preventing new events from posting in the platform. Our team is monitoring the feed status and investigating possible work arounds.

    Update: A fix was implemented and after monitoring several forecast cycles we are confident all data sources are updating as expected and all parameters are being produced correctly. This incident is resolved.

    Update: We are implementing a fix for this, and expecting resolution shortly, after a period of monitoring.

    Update: The upstream data issues have been resolved, and several forecast cycles have completed successfully in the last 6 hours. Data for most parameters is restored. Forecast generation for evapotranspiration remains impacted, but other parameters should be working as expected since approximately 5:00 UTC
