    Update: We are investigating an issue that is intermittently creating login issues when attempting to log into the Tomorrow.io Weather Intelligence platform. Once authenticated, certain features in the platform are also intermittently slow to load. The behavior is intermittent is not affecting every user and every session - retrying after a few minutes can often resolve specific instances. Our engineering team is actively investigating with a high priority.

    Update: Airport current conditions data is restored, and the related data is once again stable. This incident is resolved.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Current airport conditions data is in the process of being restored and is once again partially available in the platform for many airports. We are continuing to work toward a full resolution for airport locations still missing data.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue with the data for airport current conditions world wide. Many locations are not populating current weather data for their respective airports and the condition shows on the map as a grey "No Data" icon. Our engineering and data teams are reviewing. Timeline and other API data for these locations is not impacted.

    Update: After monitoring we are confident that real time and Nowcast precipitation are performing as expected. This incident is resolved.

    Update: Map tiles and the near term forecast have been restored for all regions. We are continuing to monitor closely to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

    Update: Data has been restored for the affected regions and precipitation data is once again available for all locations. We are monitoring to ensure a complete and stable resolution.

    Update: Due to an upstream data outage, we have identified an issue within the precipitation layer, affecting regions which include satellite-derived precipitation data in the platform and the API. Locations may experience degraded or missing precipitation data quality and degraded precipitation Insight calculation. This primarily affects locations across Africa, portions of Asia, portions of Europe, and nearby oceanic regions. The team has identified is investigating this issue and are actively working on a fix to resolve the issue.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: All alerts are once again back to real time and after monitoring we are confident this incident is resolved.

    Update: Severe weather events are posting as expcted once more. We believe alerts should be caught back up to real time, but are monitoring to ensure all is working as expected and no events were missed as a result of this incident.

    Update: Our engineering team has released a partial update and we are seeing improvements. Lightning alerts are once again back to real time. Severe weather events and other alerts may still be delayed, but we continue to work on the issue.

    Update: We have identified an issue delaying some alert types from notifying recipients when new events occur. The issue is primarily affecting new lightning strikes and newly posted Severe Weather Event incidents from external sources, with delays in notification up to 1 hour for new events. Our engineering team has identified the issue and is working to mitigate the delay as quickly as possible.
