    Update: The flights and ground tracking information are once again displaying withing the Weather Intelligence platform and the data feed has been restored. This incident is resolved.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue with the data feed providing updates for airline flight information and ground movement tracking. Flights are not currently visible in the Weather Intelligence platform, even with the appropriate layer selected. Current airport conditions are unaffected and working as expected.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This issue has been resolved, as the Global Flood Index layer is once again available within the Tomorrow.io Platform.
  • Time: Nov. 18, 2023, 4:42 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The Global Flood Index layer is currently unavailable due to an upstream data outage. An additional update will be provided once the flood index layer becomes available once again.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: After monitoring we are confident the impact of this issue has been mitigated and performance of the platform has been at expected levels as of approximately 1600 UTC

    Update: We have released an update to mitigate the effects of the upstream data issue. Most parameters in all regions are calculating more as expected. We are continuing to monitor closely.
