    Status: Resolved
    Update: A fix has been deployed for the issue that was impacting Brave browsers. Brave browser users should now be able to edit docs as before. The issue is now resolved.
  • Time: May 16, 2023, 10:16 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified the cause for users becoming readonly on docs to be limited to the Brave browser. We're currently working on a fix to fix this problem across Brave browsers.

    Update: We are currently investigating intermittent user reports of being unable to access docs.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Coda experienced a partial outage due to problems with our networking infrastructure. The AWS team worked diligently with us to narrow down the issue and identified a DNS limit that surfaced on larger than usual load. We have already applied changes to improve the stability of this infrastructure and we are continuing to improve our systems to ensure this problem does not recur.

    Update: We are investigating some intermittent failures that are taking place within our underlying infrastructure. We hope to have this resolved soon but do not currently have an ETA.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Automations scheduled to be periodically run are currently not executing on time. This is causing delays for automations that are setup based on document row triggers and pack / table syncs. We are investigating and hope for it to be resolved soon.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We've verified that the issue is resolved with our workaround in place.
  • Time: Feb. 26, 2023, 8:38 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We've rolled out a workaround for the CloudFront issue and monitoring to see if it fixes the issue.
  • Time: Feb. 26, 2023, 5:23 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are aware of an issue that is causing some pack requests to fail when they are initiated from clients. We currently believe this may be an issue within HTTP/2 handling on AWS's CloudFront and we are working with AWS support to try to resolve the issue. We do not currently have a ETA for the issue to be resolved. A workaround for impacted documents can be to reload the document after a few minutes. Pack request results may then appear within the document.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This issue is now resolved. If you are using Chrome 110 and the date time picker is not working correctly on a loaded doc, it should work again after refreshing the doc.
  • Time: Feb. 9, 2023, 1:55 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: It's taking a bit longer than expected to validate the fix. But, we're still on it. We're trying to make sure it's just right. We hope to have it deployed within an hour.
  • Time: Feb. 8, 2023, 10:43 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We have a fix prepared for the date time picker issue on Chrome 110 and we are in the process of validating and preparing the fix to be pushed out to coda.io. We plan on having this issue resolved within the next two hours.
  • Time: Feb. 8, 2023, 8:37 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Chrome 110 was released yesterday. There is a change of behavior in Chrome 110 that is causing our date time picker to not reliably work. This is impacting Chrome users as they upgrade their installation of Chrome. We are presently working on fixing the issue and hope to soon have a fix in place to allow the picker to work properly on Chrome 110.
