    Update: We are currently experiencing an outage with a dependent service to scan attachments and images for viruses (scanii). This outage is causing a delay to process images and attachments into the doc. Any uploaded image and attachment has been stored on our servers successfully but we are experiencing a delay with processing the attachments and images to deem them as safe to provide to other collaborators of your document. We are monitoring the situation and hope to have a resolution shortly.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident is now resolved. Values submitted previously through the forms should now be visible within their parent docs and form submittal should work as normal moving forward.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We are continuing to work on this and expect a resolution within 20-30 minutes.
  • Time: Aug. 2, 2022, 11:26 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are currently experiencing an issue that causes writes to docs via the API to be delayed. We are currently working on resolving the issue and the writes accepted from the API will then become visible within docs. We will continue to update the incident as the issue is fixed.
