    Update: On 8/26/2024, we experienced a temporary issue with the Outlook integration that impacted some users' ability to sync their calendars and send meeting invites via Outlook within our platform. Impact: Users unable to sync calendars with Outlook. The issue was isolated to users attempting to use Outlook within the specified timeframe. The ConexED Team has identified the issue and is working to fix this incident.

    Update: The issue has been resolved. We traced the cause to a patch released by Amazon to the AWS SDK that caused a JSON parsing issue. We have reverted the SDK to the previous version and deployed a hot patch.
