    Status: Resolved
    Update: At 8:03 AM MST, our systems received an unexpected and overwhelming spike in traffic from the Microsoft Outlook calendar sync. Our system administrators received notification of this spike, and by 8:43 AM MST, our team had scaled our server clusters to handle the load. System design changes are being put in place to handle spikes like this in the future.

    Update: We have been working with our school partners and have discovered that Cisco's Talos cloud security product is blocking *.firebaseio.com. We continue to work with our partners to find a permanent solution, but in the meantime, adding *.firebaseio.com to the whitelist will allow the ConexED features to function correctly again and unblock platform users.

    Update: Valued Partners of ConexED We have had reports of connection errors that may present as a red bar at the top of your screen. We employ various cloud-hosted services that provide applications we use within the ConexED platform. This particular error is caused by a firewall rule update that some schools or districts have implemented overnight. The ConexED platform requires the following domains to be whitelisted to function correctly. *.firebaseio.com *.craniumcafe.com *.conexed.com If you encounter the error above, please inform your school IT or district IT to whitelist these domains as soon as possible.     Status: Resolved
    Update: Our engineering team was able to identify the behavior and release an update to correct the Kiosk functionality. The functionality is now restored and available for use. We appreciate your understanding as we were addressing this behavior and our team is working to prevent this type situation in the future.

    Update: We have received multiple reports of interruptions with the use of Kiosks in ConexED, preventing students from being added to the queue. Our engineering team is working through this situation to restore functionality, and we will be implementing a resolution as soon as one is available. We apologize for any inconvenience and have dedicated all available resources to address this situation.     Status: Resolved
    Update: Our engineering team was able to address this situation and confirm a resolution regarding the Lobby loading. We have seen a full restoration in functionality. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to monitor this for any additional concerns.
  • Time: April 15, 2022, 8:23 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Lobby tools and functions are experiencing a disruption in service, and our engineers are diligently working to restore functionality. Many users are seeing a blank screen or a loading icon when opening the Lobby. We apologize for any inconvenience and will be correcting this situation as soon as possible. We will be providing updates as they are available, and are utilizing all available resources to correct this behavior.

    Update: AWS has reported that this situation is resolved and we have seen a full return of functionality. We will continue to monitor these developments and provide updates if there are any additional concerns.

    Update: Users are encountering an interruption with ConexED due to an Internet outage for AWS(https://status.aws.amazon.com/). The data management provided by AWS is instrumental in our functionality, and we will be monitoring this situation until normal operations are restored.
