Description: Our team has been monitoring this behavior and found that delays on ConexED have been reduced to only a few seconds for the users impacted. We have adjusted our status to reflect the improvement, and will continue to monitor this behavior. While AWS is continuing to address their data management issues, there may be a few moments where processing interruptions are seen. We will continue to watch for updates, and adjust our status if necessary.

Description: We have confirmed that the Google services for Lobby and Chat have resumed operations, returning functionality to these tools. We will continue to monitor this behavior for any additional concerns.

Description: The source of this behavior has been identified and isolated. A resolution has been implemented, and we will continue to monitor server activity for any other unusual behavior. Please contact ConexED Support for any other reports involving webcam connections.

Description: ConexED has been able to address the reported delays and 504 errors, and our engineering team will continue to monitor the situation for any changes.
