    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have pushed a patch that will end an active meeting must faster. This will allow moderators to create and pull students into new private meetings without delay. We have also updated the Knock on Door Send Meeting Invite feature to better create and track meetings.
  • Time: March 5, 2021, 5:51 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
  • Time: March 5, 2021, 5:50 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Some ConexED users have experienced issues with bringing a student into a private meeting. The system is displaying a message that the moderator is still in an existing meeting. Most meetings are working. If you’re experiencing this issue, we would recommend closing the message, and trying again after a few moments later. There have been delays, but spacing the time between meetings has resolved most occurrences. Our team is all hands on deck working diligently to resolve this as soon as possible. The current ETA would be late tonight.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have tested and released an update that to correct this behavior. We will continue to monitor activity to confirm the resolution.

    Status: Identified
    Update: The Scheduler in ConexED has been displaying "No Available Dates Found" in some situations. This may cause an interruption in a student's ability to schedule future appointments. We are working to identify and correct this behavior as soon as possible.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Dear ConexED User, We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences yesterday with our Cafe feature. We want to let you know that adjustments have been made to the Cafe, and the functionality has been restored. We understand how frustrating this can be. Be aware that we exhausted all efforts to resolve the issues without any further disruption. Additionally, we wanted to let you know that our product reliability is a top priority for the entire ConexED team. To support the growing popularity of our service, we are actively working on implementing new technologies, to allow us to provide better scalability to meet these demands.     Update: A correction has been implemented in ConexED to correct the Cafe behavior. We are continuing to monitor this situation for additional concerns or reports.

    Update: We are continuing to observe and working to address the issues with the Cafe. We understand this is very frustrating and we apologize for the delay.     Update: When entering a Cafe, some users are encountering an error message that states “Cafe Start Error: The meeting server has had a problem connecting with you.” We are working to identify and resolve this behavior.

    Update: Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Our team was able to identify and resolve today's system delays, caused by heavy loads on the database.

    Update: We are experiencing some unusual slowness through our servers; inability to log into the platform, as well as 500 errors. Our engineering department is looking into the matter. We will have this resolved as soon as possible, and thank you for your understanding while we are working on this.
