Description: Between Nov 23, 2023 1:12 pm UTC to Nov 23, 2023 1:52 pm UTC, all customers experienced editing issues for Confluence. The root cause was a feature update on the editor that caused issues during page editing where inputting characters results in double entries and/or the cursor to shift unexpectedly. We have deployed a fix to mitigate the issue and have verified that the services have recovered. The conditions that cause the bug have been addressed and we’re actively working on a permanent fix. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
