    Update: We identified an issue where outbound calls were failing to properly route to agents. Our teams immediately were engaged and we have implemented a fix for this and are actively monitoring for any persisting issues. Please have your agents log out fully from the Convoso platform and then log back in if issues persist individually. We appreciate your patience as we verify full resolution.

    Update: We are taking steps to resolve this issue where we can without customer impact. We will fully resolve this issue tonight for all customers and we appreciate your patience here as we work towards full resolution.

    Update: We continue to evaluate our options to restore access at this time while reducing the impact on our customers. Voicemails are not lost and continue to work properly for callers, but Convoso users may experience trouble accessing them.

    Update: At this time, customers may see an error message when attempting to access voicemails from both the Agent and Admin UIs. We are actively working to resolve this issue, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this.

    Update: At this time, we will be closing this alert; customers who reported impact to our support teams will receive a summary of this event.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have taken steps to avoid traffic being handled over problematic 3rd party networks. This issue is not related to Convoso, but we are taking steps to mitigate it. We are monitoring this issue closely and we recommend reaching out to your ISP if issues persist.
  • Time: Aug. 8, 2024, 7:35 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are actively investigating a situation in which AT&T customers or those using ISPs that rely on the AT&T Backbone may experience trouble connecting to Convoso. This issue is not isolated to Convoso, and we are also seeing impacts on other services at this time.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We deployed active monitoring across the US and have confirmed the Cogent outage impact has been reduced to minimal at this time. As such, we will be marking this as resolved. Thank you to our customers once again for communicating impact, and we will send a summary of today's events to impacted customers.
  • Time: Aug. 7, 2024, 4:17 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are seeing a reduced impact of Cogent issues across the internet at this time, but their status has not yet fully cleared for Global issues. We continue to monitor closely.
  • Time: Aug. 7, 2024, 3:21 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Cogent status has been moved to normal so customers may see a reduction in issues further. That being said, Cogent is actively reporting network backbone trouble from North America to Asian markets, so customers with agents in Asian markets may continue to see impact unrelated to our platform.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Customers may experience trouble connecting to Convoso and other platforms due to active issues with Cogent, a large internet backbone. Cogent active issue: https://ecogent.cogentco.com/network-status We are monitoring this issue closely and making any necessary adjustments to reduce the impact on our customers at this time. We appreciate our customers reporting this issue.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: At 7:45 AM PST our team implemented a fix. We have monitored and verified this has resolved the issue. Customers who were impacted will receive an RFO. We do apologize for this interruption to your day-to-day operations and we thank you for your patience while we resolved this.
