    Update: Customers may experience trouble sending SMS messages at this time. Our team has identified the API of a major carrier, is currently not responding, resulting in error messages for our customers. We are escalating this immediately with this carrier at the highest priority and they have confirmed this incident and are actively working to resolve it.
