    Update: We have identified an issue where Campaigns may not begin to load the hopper and dial if using Campaign Schedules. For now, we would advise customers to disable Campaign Schedules on affected campaigns while we work urgently to resolve this.

    Update: At this time, the global outage and related residual impacts (call trouble, hopper delays, etc) should now be resolved. Convoso will send a detailed post-mortem to our customers once internal investigations conclude.

    Update: At this time we are reducing the impact of this issue to Degraded Performance as users should once again be able to access our platform.

    Update: We have confirmed resolution at this time and customers should no longer be experiencing the delays outlined. We will send a detailed post-mortem to our affected customers. We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.

    Update: The platform should be once again operating normally. We are monitoring for any remaining effects as we wrap up work on this issue.

    Update: This issue has been resolved. Our team identified a major network issue that affected a large subset of our customers. While we have redundancy on the impacted systems, many users were affected as we worked urgently to correct this issue. We apologize for the impact this may have had on your team. We will send a detailed post-mortem to our valued customers.
