Time: Jan. 19, 2023, 5:23 p.m.Status: MonitoringUpdate: The primary production environment was rebuilt with increased resource capacity. We will continue to monitor the API to verify these new specifications resolve the issue.

We are currently upgrading server capacity to ensure stability of the environment as request queries increase as more users integrate QUE with their systems. We will update more as we test out the rebuilt environment.

Time: Sept. 22, 2022, 12:17 a.m.Status: InvestigatingUpdate: Our team is currently investigating an issue with QUE's production environment for the Dashboard becoming unresponsive upon attempting to saving edits to Job data in Campaigns. This issue appears to have manifested around 5PM (CDT). This does not appear to affect adding new Jobs to a Campaign. We will update as soon as we have more information.
