    Update: Facebook has resolved the issue. Participants are able to create Facebook Fundraisers and donors may donate. All Facebook Fundraisers synced with DonorDrive will operate as expected. Please reach out to [email protected] for other questions.
  • Time: April 19, 2023, 8:10 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Facebook has identified the root cause and are actively resolving the issue, which they expect to be mitigated within the next 24 hours. We will continue to update as we learn more or the resolution is applied.

    Update: Facebook has acknowledged the issue with their DonorDrive integration and are currently working towards a resolution. We will continue to post updates here as we receive them from Facebook.

    Update: We are aware of multiple issues affecting our Facebook Fundraiser integration. At the moment it is not possible to create a Facebook Fundraiser from DonorDrive nor is it possible to receive donations via one’s Facebook Fundraiser.     Status: Resolved
    Update: The frequency of Facebook errors when participants create Facebook Fundraisers in DonorDrive has consistently fallen below the threshold where a degraded performance status is no longer merited. Facebook has let us know that they are still monitoring the issue. Note that all donations made to existing Facebook Fundraisers are appearing in DonorDrive as expected. Please reach out to [email protected] if your participants have any issues creating their Facebook Fundraiser and we will be happy to assist.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Facebook continues to work to resolve the issue on their platform. We are awaiting status from the Facebook team and will provide another status update once we receive one. Note that the issue is only affecting a subset of participants who attempt to create a Facebook Fundraiser. Some participants are able to successfully create a Facebook Fundraiser from DonorDrive. Donations made to existing Facebook Fundraisers are appearing in DonorDrive as expected. Again, we will provide an update here once we have more news from Facebook.
