Description: On Monday, July 12th, 2021 platform upgrades were conducted. The upgrades caused an issue where Scheduled Messages set to send on "day of event" were queued to immediately send regardless of the event date. Note that the date range of messages affected were \+/- one year from July 12th, 2021. To minimize the impact of the discovered bug we paused all Scheduled Message sends at 7:28AM. We implemented a bug fix at 1:30PM and resumed Scheduled Message sends. Some "day of event" messages that were queued up before we paused sends were sent around 8:00PM. These sends were due to the original bug which has been resolved. We do not expect any further occurrence of erroneous Schedule Message sends. Please note that this impacted a small subset of clients and messages. We are sorry for difficulty this caused you and your supporters.
