    Update: The editor is back up now for most sites. Some blog sites are continuing to see errors. We are actively investigating this. We will continue to post updates here.

    Update: Ecwid reported that a fix has been released and from now on all the orders should display in “My sales” section in the Control Panels desktop version and in Orders section in the mobile app with no issues. We are still monitoring all the systems to make sure that the issue won't recur.

    Update: This issue was reported by ECWID and can be also monitored on https://status.ecwid.com/ . At this moment orders placed in 2019 aren’t displayed in the “My sales” section in the Control Panels on the desktop version. The stores and checkout pages are well-operating, so you should be getting new orders as usual. It is just that you can’t view them in the Control Panel. ECWID is urgently looking into this. In the meantime, you can check for order details in the email notifications. When a customer places an order, you will receive an email with the order details.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: Earlier today we experienced an internal issue with one of our databases maintained by Amazon AWS. The editor and live sites operate as normal now, but we had to restore all changes to an earlier backup taken at 8:10 am UTC. We are working closely with Amazon to analyze the root cause and will update here with our analysts . We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Update: We managed to get live sites to now work on 100% of the sites. Editor and API is still down. We will update with additional progress

    Update: We continue to work on the problem with AWS support. There is no data loss but no ETA for a fix yet. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing

    Update: A planned maintenance to our DB is having unplanned result, currently the editor is not available and ~25% of traffic to live sites is not working

    Update: The ddos attack is now over and sites are runnig normally. Our team continues to monitor the performance.

    Update: We experienced slowness of sites due to large scale ddos on the netwrok layer. Our team is handling the situation and as of now sites performance is stabilized. We continue to monitor and handle the attack.
