    Update: Deceptive sites warning has been removed by google from all Duda's white label editor and preview links using 'responsivesiteeditor.com' as Google. It may take a few hours to happen.

    Update: We identified the root cause for the issue. It appears that Google’s algorithm incorrectly identified one of our white label domain as a malicious one. As a result, when you or your clients login to Duda’s editor you may see a browser warning message. We are taking several actions to address the situation.

    Update: We are currently investigating reports of a 'Deceptive Website Warning' on our WhiteLabel editor for customers using the default WhiteLabel Editor domain of 'responsivesiteeditor.com'. Our engineering team is aware of the issue and are investigating solutions.

    Update: Site are back running as expected. New SSL certifications may take longer than normal to be created as loads begin to stabilize. We will continue to monitor closely to make sure sites are not impacted.

    Update: We have identified the root cause of the reported issues being a large scale DDOS attack on our load balancer. Our team is aware of the issue and working on a resolution. Sites are again running normally, and we will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates.

    Update: The reported issues of not receiving email notifications on contact form responses has been verified and resolved. No responses were lost, and all form responses can be downloaded from the widget, dashboard, or API. Email notifications have also been restored.
