    Update: We are continuing to work on resolving this issue and appreciate your patience. We are in-process of restoring all assignment data in the subset of affected customer accounts. Due to this issue we are experiencing higher than normal lag in our systems for all accounts; import files may appear in "queued for import" status longer than is typical, and updates made to records will take longer than normal to appear in-platform.
